• We will take digital photos of the land/building and surroundings.

• We will talk to neighbours/residents in the area.

• We will obtain other information you may require.

What we don't do:

• We will not purchase the property.

• We are not engineers.

• We are not inspectors.

• We are not the final say for someone buying a property.

• We are not real estate agents.

What we can do:

• Work for you and you alone to give you an initial summary of a property.

• We are lifelong residents of Nova Scotia and are familiar with the Province and it's culture.
